Born on The Bluetop of Nelson Park in Ossining, NY in 2025, forged in sweat, grit, and pure love for the game, NOT UPSTATE isn’t just an outdoor basketball league. It’s a statement!  It’s a movement!

For decades, Westchester hoops have been underestimated, overlooked, and left out of the conversation. That ends now. We’re here to flip the script, to show the world the fire, the skill, and the heart that’s been here all along. This is where talent gets tested, respect is earned, and legacy begins  

NOT UPSTATE is where passion meets purpose. We’re building more than a league; we’re building a stage for today’s ballers and tomorrow’s stars to rise. This is about opportunity, exposure, and inspiring the next generation to dream bigger and play harder.

NOT UPSTATE started as the vision of two coaches with decades of experience: coaching, training and developing student athletes, who built a team of talented individuals with the same love of the game.
